IMPORTANT INFORMATION
PRESENTATION OF ATHLETES
PRESENTATION, RACE PACKET PICK UP (RACE NUMBER WITH THE CHIP)
INSURANCE COMPETITORS
All participants are required to have valid health insurance. Organizer assumes no liability for damage to property or injuries associated with the transport, stay and participation of competitors in the event. Each participant runs at his own risk. Each participant is obliged to submit a photocopy of the insurance card, certifying valid compulsory health insurance (this applies even when picking up the race package for another athlete) at number pick-up.
Standard universal health insurance coverage of insurance companies (VŠZP, Dôvera, Union) is sufficient for Slovak citizens. Without submitting proof of health insurance (insurance card, or other commercial health insurance) no race package will be issued to a participant, even if he has paid the entry fee. Data from the insurance card will be used solely by the organizer in case of health complications and subsequent treatment by Medical services.
TIMING AND RESULTS
Chip timing is provided by VOS-TPK company. Chip is part of the racing number and you will get it at numbers pick-up.
Competitors will be entered into the race result sheet according to the "gun start" (the official time - from the gun shot until the time of crossing the finish line). The race result sheet will also contain the information about the net time.

CHANGING ROOMS AND DEPOSITORY:
Runners’ changing room and storage room will be located in the technical area - Lower Gate–Archaeology Museum, Hlavná street, Košice.
WC:
Mobile toilets will be at your disposal in the technical area - Lower Gate–Archaeology Museum, Hlavná street, Košice.
AMBULANCE SERVICE:
Ambulance service will be provided by Co. Košická záchranka whose fieldworkers with mobile ambulances will be both at the start & finish as well as on the track.
NOTICE:
Because of the nature of the run - it is held in the evening hours under artificial lighting - we kindly ask all the participants to be more cautious and use all available reflective items.
